We also take orders over the phone at 720-870-2175.Shipping Rates and ProceduresU.S bound package orders are shipped via UPS, DHL or Federal Express ground or United States Postal Service. Where possible, we will provide free shipping or flat rate (usually less than actual shipping charge). All other rates are based on current UPS and USPS rates, your zip code, and the weight of the product. Foreign bound orders are currently not available in most cases due to custom regulations on our products. Please contact us at customersupport@sogogreen.com if you are interested in a product and we can quote you an international shipping rate.Warranty / Guarantee StatementSoGoGreen.com warrants and guarantees that our products are, during normal use, free from defects in material and workmanship. Each manufacturer or distributor has individual warrantees that are usually listed on the individual product page.Return PolicyUnused merchandise may be returned, no questions asked, within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Additional warrantees are available with some products as specified. MENDENHALL GLACIERThe picture at the top right is beautiful Mendenhall Glacier near Juneau, Alaska. Since the visitor center was built in the 1960s, the glacier now begins more than a mile from where it began then. It is only one of the many glaciers throughout the earth that is melting at accelerated rates because of global warming, created at least in part by human impact on the climate.
